Refund awaited 2 weeks ago already

I sent a refund request approx 2 weeks ago already. I'm already sitting with 3 tickets iro of these requests, to date no one has had the courtesy of a reply to my requests. I only receive these robotic automated messages. Worst service by far, quick to deduct funds for goods but poor attitude when it comes to refunding consumers for double payments!
