Radio silence when a refund is requested
Placed an order with Hyperli (ORD***) on 22/05. The merchant was unable to honour the voucher and confirmed this in writing.
Logged a refund to my credit request and received a mail from Moira on the 27/05 advising that this would be possible and requested proof of the merchants inability to honor the voucher. This was shared on the 27/05.
Despite numerous follow ups, I’m still waiting for the refund to my credit card. Should Hyperli fail to respond I will have no alternative but to seek legal resolution.

08 Jun 2022, 08:51Definitely not our intention to shift blame. I have chatted to Moira and I have an overview of all emails sent and received via our ticketing system. If you have sent it and we have not received it, it must be blocked in the system and I will investigate this further with our ticketing system.
In the mean time, if you can resend the confirmation that would be great. The last communication from our side was the email sent from Moira requesting info which is why the query has not progressed. As mentioned, we will investigate this with our ticketing system.

Definitely not our intention to shift blame. I have chatted to Moira and I have an overview of all emails sent and received via our ticketing system. If you have sent it and we have not received it, it must be blocked in the system and I will investigate this further with our ticketing system.
