PURELY PATHETIC HYPERLI

I placed an order on Hyperli website on 27 October 2022. After numerous follow up mails (no valid contact no for them), Moira rep**** that delivery would take 12 days. It is now 20 days and I have not received any communication on delivery. Over the last few days, I have emailed Moira at least 6 times and still have not received a reply from her. Why is she still employed at Hyperli? Her service is pathetic, and she doesn't care a s**t. I cannot even say that it is bad service. There is just no service here. You should be out of business like Groupon is in SA. No different to Groupon. Learn from the likes of Takealot etc. Just a pity 1 star is the minimum. You would have got none if i could select it.
