Problem with communicating at Hyperli online

I must say that I used them for vouchers with no problem. But I ordered products and oh boy what a problem. My biggest issue (besides others but I won't mention them here) is that when I try ask a query I get a response days later if at all - my last email to them three days ago (to pick up two products I want to return) has not been responded to. Maybe someone can get hold of me because you have no other way of reaching you other than email. Get a WhatsApp line guys really???
