Poor service Hyperli.

I am very disappointed in how Hyperli treat their customers the why that they have been treating me. I placed an order for the amount of R538 which they said I have to go to the salon to I do it I asked for a refund they said it is their policy not to refund customers but they can give me voucher for that amount. They gave me a voucher number I used it to order something else until now I haven't received my order or refund which is three weeks ago. Their service is very poor I will never order anything from them again.
