Poor service Hyperli

I placed and paid for my order on 12.03.24. Received nothing still and when I tried to find out, I get the same system generated message every time and nothing more. There's no other means of contact which I can use. I'm beyond angry or even despondent. Can't even manage to cancel and ask for refund. When it was still Groupon I bought a lot from them without any hassles. This will definitely be the last time Hyperli.
