Poor Service and product quality

I bought items from Hyperli (poor quality). I was not happy with the quality and was instructed to return the items (which I did). Now I have returned the items and they have stopped communicating with me. I don’t even have they telephone number. How will I get my money back ? A lady from Hyperli called ganeefa has not responded to my emails.
