Poor quality product

So in september 2017 i see the nice looking luggage bags set at hypeli and decided to buy as i had an overseas trip to take end sept 2017. Decide to take the large bag to my trip, when i get there i couldn't open the locker even though i did not re-set the code. had to use a knife to open it. I let that one slide. Now dec i'm off to EC use the medium bag, now coming back and packing my clothes, bag is broken,

Decide to let hyperli know, they contact the supplier and the unknown supplier says there is nothing they can do as i did not report within 7 days of delivery. My issue is i did not buy a bag to use it in 7 days, the first time i used the bag it broke the other one locker is messed up. these bags have been used only once and supplier can't do anything about that.

my advice, do not buy luggage bags from hyperli, poor poor quality, do not be fooled by the price. for me its like i threw my money in the bin
