Poor poor poor

My order was placed on 18 January and since then I have just been getting lies from Chancel saying my order is being shipped. No further reply to my emails although the website state 5-10 days delivery. Also no explanation as to the delay. The product stated 5-10 days delivery nowhere did it state it being international products
