Poor customer service

We baught a voucher to use for the Portswood Hotel and as normal vouchers are valid for 3 months from date of purchase. My wife was away and we couldn't make use of the voucher, I emailed Portswood who insisted that their deal expired on their side and I contact Hyperli for a refund. Hyperli response was that it's non refundable.

So they're in the business of *****ing money as we paid for this voucher which we didnt use and they still made money.
