Poor after purchase service

I purchased a 3 piece luggage set as a gift for my parents who were leaving in 10 days to go overseas. The ad stated 7 working day delivery so based on this I made the purchase. On checking tracking over the next 2 days, the parcel had yet to be packaged. I contacted support to query ETA and was then told it is 7-11 working day delivery period. This would not work as my parents would leave for overseas then receive their bags! I have now sent 3 emails, 1 web message and 1 call back request message to cancel my order and be refunded to prevent shipping from taking place. I have not received a response which is unprofessional and frustrating. Very poor customer service and false advertising. I will not use Hyperli again, nor would I refer them.
