Pay money...no delivery...no customer service

I ordered articles for about R600 from these people 27 January 2023. Today is 5 March. My goods have not been delivered. I contacted them twice and all they say that it is coming from the USA. When you place an order and pay for it they state that delivery will take between 5 to 10 days. You cannot track the order and they just don't care about informing you about the status of your order They will never again get an order from me again.
