Pathetic service from HYPERLI

I am livid at the service Hyperli has to offer , the no contact only via email and with them taking their time to get back to you, pathetic!!! I have ordered something on the 15 April 2024 and up to date still have not received my order, I have sent numerous of emails and complaints and get the same non shalant automated **** email. No one follows up, the client has to make contact with this company. How does a company operate with no telephone number , no escalation process , their is one person working there cos she the same person that replies but is no help only replies when I send an email with the same **** excuse. Please DO NOT BUY FROM Hyperli cos how does one wait so long on an order , NO ONE can get back to me with any feedback. They don’t deserve my 1 star rating.
