Pathetic service - Don't order from Hyperli

Pathetic service and even worse customer service.

Placed an order on the 8 Apr 2024, on the 10th Apr I enquired why I have not received any other communication regarding the order other than the confirmation. I was informed "7-10 business days for order to be dispatched and 3-5 Days delivery we will send you the tracking details to follow your delivery".

To date I have received no other communication or confirmation regarding a delivery. There is also no contact number to get hold of them.

I don't even want to think of their refund process.

Don't order from Hyperli, this online store is pathetic.
