Pathetic service

I paid for a spa package, it wasn't cheap. I never received the voucher and they said they having technical difficulties. I expressly said I bought the voucher to book the treatments asap otherwise I would like a refund but got no response. This is pathetic service as I have tried to contact them via email, instagram and facebook.
