Pathetic customer service

I have been trying to do a refund with Hyperli since the 10 February 2025 for something i purchased 0n 23 January 2025. I have been trying 4 time and just get a automated email stating that they will get back to me so since the 10th up until now know one from Hyperli has contacted me regarding my refund. Their service is pathetic.
