Pathetic customer service

I ordered a kitchen appliance from them. I received a confirmation of 11 working days delivery and tracking number. When I went on there website it showed as error awaiting stock. Over 11 days later I had to email a query, the consultant who assisted me then forwarded my query through to logistics, a while later I received an email stating that they no longer have stock nor will they be receiving stock and therefore they will be cancelling my order. The only silver lining was the refund was done in days. Didn't have to beg for my money. But I will never order from here again. I am a huge fan of online shopping and have never have I encountered such poor customer service before.
