Pathetic Customer Service

I have been waiting over 3 weeks for a simple item I bought to be delivered. Its been from JHB to Kuruman??? I'm in Cape Town. Over a week ago it was receiving Hyperli urgent attention so where is the item I ordered and was charged delivery for???? Have sent numerous requests for them to contact me. Still nothing and no contact nu.ber to contact them. Pathetic all round!!!!!
