Pathetic Customer and after support service from Hyperli

Pathetic service from Hyperli. Purchased a deal and funds deducted from my bank account. Went to the merchant to have the service rendered but the needed the actual voucher, which was not emailed and I could not access my account. Could not contact Hyperli via telephone as there is no contact numbers only and email address. I had emailed them twice whilst I was at the merchant, 3 hours later nobody had come back to me and I had to pay cash for the service.
