Pathetic!!!

Absolutely pathetic service! Ordered an item which never came. Got an email about getting a refund which I have been waiting for since 3rd July! Original order was placed 4th June, waited a month and asked for feedback which was not given just an email saying I would get a refund. Online assistance isn't even helpful. They ignore messages until the end of day when you get a notification saying out of business hours!
