Pathetic

<p>I ordered a shoe cabinet from Hyperli and when it arrived, it was open and looked like a piece somebody had just returned. When we got to assembling the cabinet, we found a few parts broken, closed the box and I made contact with Hyperli (who by the way have no phone number???). They requested that i take photo's of the broken parts and send it to them. They then told me they will replace the broken parts only, but then i told them that we are not sure how many parts are broken. Hows this for convenience.... they then wanted us to sift through the entire box to see which parts are broken, take photo's and then they will decide. I refused and said they must either send me all new parts or my money back. They ignored me and sent me the replacement parts only. I often shop online and with Takealot for example, I get sent a complete replacement no questions or photo's asked. Please dont buy from Hyperli.</p>
