Pathetic

Most probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. It is a fight to get a response from the Hyperli team. It seems like they don't care about the customer , all the want is our money and then we are dead to them. It is pathetic. I don't like complaining but when I recieve such pathetic service, it seems like the only way to get a response from them. So if you are reading this Hyperli team , please take the time out of your busy schedule to reply to a customer who is clearly ****ed off
