Parcel Waiting a very long time to be delivered.

I have placed an order on the 30th of January 2023. it is now the 14th and i still have not received my parcel.

They have promised me that i would get it by Saturday the 11th Of Jan which i told them that it's for a gift that needs to fly out this afternoon., and now they say they don't know when it will be delivered.

The storeroom is in Maitland, and they need to deliver it to Mowbray, and it's been 16days and no delivery.

Only found out today that they messed my sister around last year. she told me not to expect the parcel anytime soon.

this is really RIDCULOUS.

I'm so angry as I was hoping to give it as a give and now i don't have no gift or any ETA on this parcel.
