Pamensky spa and accommodation Refusal to render services

I purchased on 26 June 2026 for Pamensky Spa and Accommodation. On 23 October 2026, I attempted to make a booking for 25 October 2026. The owner refused my booking, claiming that the voucher was a "winter voucher" and is no longer valid. However, neither the voucher nor my payment confirmation states that it is restricted to winter or subject to any seasonal exclusion. The payment confirmation instead states that the voucher is valid for six months.

Since Pamensky Spa and Accommodation is refusing to provide the service for which I paid, I request that Hyperli issue me with a full refund.
