After a terrible experience with one of Hyperli's 3rd party vendors (Photobook Factory), I am delighted to say that I had a rapid response and a very positive experience with the Hyperli customer support team who have kindly given me a voucher to re-do my Photobooks with a different, more reliable vendor.
