Order *****ulently marked as delivered

I placed an order with Hyperli and the order was handed over to Buffalo logistics for delivery. As I tracked the order yesterday it was marked as delivered and yet there was no driver at my house nor have I signed for the delivery. The driver did not even contact me to say he is delivering as per the instructions.

Can you please confirm the whereabouts of the package? Or refund my money immediately for this order. BUFZA6LM26104F6YQ

Can the driver confirm the colour of my house, the colours of my two cars that were outside as well as the brands of my cars! There was no driver here where is my order?
