Order Number ORD336251

I placed an order on the 4th of this month (September) and was told it would be delivered in a week, a week later it wasn't, when I enquired I was told it would take a further 3 working days. That passed and whenever I enquire I get lame apologies and excuses about my order and delivery. Its 2 weeks now and no sign of getting my item.

I am so disappointed about the service and doubt I would further use the service. don't think I would even recommend anyone to use it.

It doesn't seem like there is anyone in the company to report bad service.
