Order not delivered!

Do NOT TRUST Hyperli's couriers. R2400 worth of Christmas presents ordered in Nov never received that couriers insist was delivered!!! Order involved one box with suitcase amd another box with rest of presents ....only box with suotcase delivered and other box dissappeared. Since this was one order it apparently counts as delivered!!!! So goodbye to my R1800 and the four family members' who isn't getting their Christmas presents! I ordered early on purppse as I was going in for an operation amd can't get to shops to replace presents!!!!!!That is not all!!! Placed anothwr order separately a few days after the first and this order with 1 item APPARENTLY also delivered has never been. To top everything Hyperli doesn't seem phased a bit and just 'rests their case' as the order left their warehouse correctly and couriers said it was delivered. So this was the last time a loyal customer will ever shop through Hyperli again!
