Order no ORD702611 - Voucher No. 23AV873G

I ordered Mask on the 28/04/2020, and tried to cancel the order on the same day with no result. I tried contact support at Hyperli, and they advised me to cancel the order with the supplier, which I did, but the supplier stated that the voucher had to be canceled with Hyperli. I tried once again to cancel the order, still no luck. I contact Hyperli, by email on the twice, to date have not come back to me. Tried calling them today 11/05/2020 and there is no response to that number. I would like a full refund to my order
