I am writing to express my frustration and dissatisfaction with the poor service I have experienced regarding a return I initiated in December 2024 for Order #618418

I ordered a Secret Santa Mystery box and i received a rubber pen, im so disappointed. I emailed then to return the product and ask for a refund the did not reply. What a **** 😩😩😡😡
