ORD378395 - Ring is Skew and Cubix is loose

Hi I bought a ring online on the Hyperli website I received my order, and I saw the stone of the ring is loose and that the 4 bars holding it 2 of that bars are skew. I have requested that I wish to return this item as its a faulty product. I have tried to call Hyperli or email them no assistance or response from them. I want a full refund as its not my fault that the product is faulty if the product was right I didn't have to send it back.... I already paid the delivery fee now I must still pay for the courier to collect this ring from me that's ****************. I feel that this is wrong and that Hyperli should refund me in full and carry the cost of the couriers. it not my fault that the product is faulty. If they are not going to refund me for the ring value and my courier fees paid to have it delivered I will go to the great lengths to name and shame you... Few weeks back I also bought a deal on there I got to the venue and the restaurant said they deals are not valid I drove 25km to the restaurant for my anniversary... I waited 2 weeks for a refund.... no one called to apologise or even reimburse me for petrol wasted.... what type of business is this that doesn't have a landline number..... I will take this further if I don't get my full refund.
