Hyperli is such a ****. They sell products that are poorly engineered and are very defective. When I my partner gave birth to our daughter earlier this in May, I brought baby products. The products that I bought was a bottle warmer, baby wipe warmer, a mystery draw voucher and a massage voucher. I was given a portable bluetooth speaker with the mystery draw.The baby warmer, portable bluetooth speaker and wipe warmer were defective. I logged multiple refund requests within the month of getting things and their system told me that my refund request will be attended to. No email landed in my emails to show that I did a refund request. Only now when I October is my refund request going through and it's many months down the line and the refund request should be submitted within 30 days as they say. I did this but they set their systems to not work within this period. Please never buy from them. They sell extremely poor quality goods and their vendors are bad at giving quality services. I bought the products in May and logged multiple refund requests which never worked. Please stay away from this nonsense company
