Non delivery of goods

I purchased 11 items from Hyperli. I only received 2 items within the prescribed time frame of two weeks.

Thereafter I didn't get anything from them for more than 3 months despite numerous attempts to contact them. All you get when you try to reach them is an automatic email response!

They do not resp[onse at all not do they update you as a customer.

Very unprofessional.
