No Voucher, No Response – Extremely Disappointing

I purchased a 2-course meal voucher from Hyperli on 5 April 2025 and never received the actual voucher—only a confirmation email. I contacted support immediately, and more than 48 hours later, I’ve still had no response.

This left me in an embarrassing situation at the restaurant, who informed me the confirmation was not valid. Hyperli continues to advertise these deals while not delivering them.

Unacceptable service. No communication. No resolution. Would not recommend.
