No Response to Refund Request – Order #664456

am extremely disappointed with Hyperli’s customer service. I purchased 2 vouchers (Order #664456) worth R430, but the merchant refused to accept them, stating that Hyperli had cancelled their contract. I’ve submitted multiple refund requests over the past two weeks with no response. As a regular customer, I expected better service. I’ve tried calling, emailing, and logging tickets — still nothing.
