No response

I purchased Hyperli vouchers for The Village Buffet (R269) for my anniversary. I contacted the Village Buffet to make a reservation just to be told that the voucher is not valid for public holidays (I have no problem with that) I then emailed support to change the voucher to The Famous Butcher's Grill (R155) and the breakfast at The Kimberly Hotel (R89) I got a mail back from them with a gift voucher of R269. When I wanted to purchase the new vouchers, it said that I could only redeem it for one purchase.

Since then I have emailed numerous times inquiring about the balance that is due to me but no answer. There is a difference of R114, I do not mind taking another voucher for and at the time there was a difference still due to me of R25 after i wanted the two vouchers that I was prepared to just leave as i wanted it for 8 Aug 2017. I am still waiting for someone to contact me with regards to money still due to me.
