No order confirmation and voucher yet payment made

I have had positive experiences with Hyperli before. But as of 2 days ago that changed. I purchased a voucher, and the transaction went off on my account, however it says "payment pending" on the website and I still haven't received my order confirmation (ORD***). Because of this, I can't secure my booking for the activity and I really need to do it asap or my partner's birthday plans will be ruined.
