No feedback regarding refund request

Getting feedback on refund requested is impossible.

I bought tickets from Hyperli. Com but the Merchant is closed on winter months, Hyperli didn't have that information on their site, so the Merchant suggested I get a refund back from Hyperli, I have filled in 4 refund request forms, with no response until date.

There is no contact details to call, the only way is by filling out the form, so I am dissatisfied with their service regarding refunds.
