No feedback at all... terrible customer service

I am still waiting for a response from this pathetic customer service online company. They had responded saying that payment did not go through which is quite strange because if it didnt, then what am I doing with the voucher. It went 2 expired instead of redeemed. I sent another email and they said I will receive feedback within 24 hours but this was last week Thursday and still no reply.
