NO DELIVERY SINCE 9 OCTOBER 2018

I ordered 3 items (1 of which is a birthday gift this week). The items were ordered on 9 October and today being 18 October, I still have not received my purchase. When I initially complained about the no delivery on the 7th day of having placed the order, I was called back to say the supplier was out of stock and that I will get my order in the next 5-7 days. I sent yet another email on Monday only to be told that the queries takes 24-48 hours to be addressed and today is Thursday and I have not heard anything from them. I will no be ordering from Hyperli again, EVER!!!!! and I will definitely not be recommending them.

I STILL AWAIT THE 3 PRODUCTS I ORDERED!!!!!!!!!!!
