NO DELIVERY!!!... LOST ALL TRUST IN THE WEBSITE!!!

Placed an order on the 8th of October and it's now the 24th of October.... And still no delivery!!! This is really pathetic service!!! Monique from Hyperli confirmed that the Logistics Manager told her my order will be dispatched and arrive today... 17 days (13 working days) after I place my order. The website also said 5-7 working days for the product to be delivered but no one has gotten back to me with where my order is and what has caused the delay. This really seems like a **** because they have taken my money. I now am late with birthday gifts for my girls and they are extremely devastated. I have used this website quite a few time to purchase vouchers but this is the first time I have purchased products. However I have lost all trust in this website and will no longer be purchasing from this website. I would also advise others to not purchase products on this website because there is no guarantee that you will ever get your products or are able to track your orders.
