NO DELIVERY AND LYING ABOUT ORDER

I am so angry with Hyperli, my order has still not been delivered. I email them and I keep getting different responses. First the order was shipped and dispatched, then there was an issue with the supplier. Which one is it? I received no track number or any communication unless I contacted them, this is ridiculous and unacceptable service.
