No delivery after 11 working days!

On 2 October I ordered and paid for an item from Hyperli. On 3 October the shipment details on the order said "Packaged" and "Your order will be en-route soon". Then nothing happened. A week later, on 10 October I queried this and asked when could I expect delivery, and Monique responded to my email with a cut-and-paste comment that it takes 11 working days! Well it has been 11 working days and still shipment status is still the same on the website.
