No bottom eyelashes

I am disappointed, devastated and disgusted by the service I’ve received fromHyperli and a vendor advertised on their site. I purchased a voucher for the lash fairy in Rondebosch. My lashes were done, however to my horror the chick cut off my bottom lashes. I have reported this to their support team who advised they would get back to me, yet I have yet to receive feedback.

Sometimes reputation means nothing in the service industry and here I am without bottom lashes!
