Never Again

I purchased a Hyperli voucher for Blacksteer. I paid for it straight away and recieved my voucher. This is what happened...

To tell you I am furious doesn’t even equate to how I really felt on Womans Day 9th

I invited my father and my father in law for ribs thinking that on Womans day while I had done the usual things a mom, wife does that I would not cook. After everyone arrived I went to go and fetch our supper…. Boy what a surprise to see a sign up saying that they no longer accepting theses vouchers due to *****. When I mention that I have paid for this – I get told to contact Hyperli directly…. Which i then did and they tell me they will issue me with a voucher. Erm i paid you straight away I expect a refund straight away. I do not want a voucher as I will never use you again...

Since telling them I do not want a voucher they have not responded. I consider this theft

And as far as how rude the Blacksteer Panorama manager was - he couldve handled the situation much differently. They have also not bothered to reply to the complaint.
