Mystery deals Hyperli

I purchased a mystery deal from Hyperli of which there would be a random draw to decide who gets what item. I fully expected to get one of the cheapest items advertised as possible prizes. The deal was to sell 1000 deals and then do a random draw. I was not disappointed only to receive the watch but my problem is that it does not work and is not keeping time at all. I reported this to the company and was informed that's how the deal works and you are not guaranteed a better prize which I fully understand but should not the item you receive at least do the job it was intended for. You are unable to request a refund on this item (option blocked off). Nobody responds to your emails about the item not working. I have previously purchased cheap watches for a fraction of that price that actually do work. I feel as if they sold 1000 deals of which 995 were the watch item. This is false advertising and creating expectations they are unable to deliver on. Very disappointed and will never fall for such a **** again. In fact its very doubtful if I will ever purchase anything else from them again. Its not just the faulty item received but the lack of feedback and total unwillingness to hear my issue. Guess I will have to throw watch away and lose 338.00 which is quiete alot of money down the drain.
