Mystery deal ****

I bought 2 mystery deals on the 24th April (R149 and R199) the prizes were gadgets. - the orders stayed unfulfilled for the longest time and I got in contact with them in May on their chat page, was advised the order will come. - my order came on the 7th June and I received 2 smart watches. - I sent them a message on their chat page again, I asked how the draw was done to have gotten the same prize twice on 2 different deals. - was told that the draw was done accordingly and those were my prizes and it happens that you could get the same prize in different draws. - I still did not understand that I paid different amounts and there should be different prizes as the value/price of deals was different. - I asked what are the odds of me getting the same prize twice in different deals but still no response. - I feel these mystery deals are just to **** people because why would they include the same prizes in different deals? - I’ve sent 2 follow up messages to the person who rep**** but I’m an ignored. - I feel they are hiding behind mystery to **** people to get rid of their unwanted stock.
