Mystery Deal ****
What a disappointment! After waiting 9 weeks for the mystery prize, I received a built-in microphone that doesn't work, with packaging that was severely damaged and disgusting. This feels like a ****. Please be cautious!

Apologies for the inconvenience caused.
I have looked into this, and your order was delivered 10 working days after the deal has ended, whereby the fine print of the deal stated that the item will be delivered within 12-14 working days from the date the deal closes - we're still within the delivery timeframe.
I have located the email you've sent a minutes ago, however, your email does not state that the item is defective, only that the packaging is which we do apologise for. We will provide more feedback regarding this via email.
