Mystery Deal

I purchased a mystery gift from Hyperli and chose the premium package of R249 which I paid extra for delivery and this was on 17 May. I received my gift yesterday and this was not part of the deal I chose but got from the standard deal. These people are conning us because their explanation was that the premium deal was sold out and I got from the standard deal. FYI the deal was posted on 16 May and I purchsed on 17 May. This is not what they advertise. As per the premium deal I was supposed to get either vouchers, tennis bracelet or even perfume. They are ***** and taking peoples hard worked money for a joke. To top it all I got earpods that is being sold for R120 and literally paid R339 for them. They are not responding to my emails and dont have any contact number. This is utterly disgusting and they are *****s. The customer service also sucks big time as no one gets back to you when you query this. Looking at all the other complaints it just shows you that they are a *****ulent company.
