Mystery Box ****

I ordered the Mystery Box from Hyperli on April 24th, and three of my friends ordered theirs on April 25th. Despite the promise of delivery within 3-5 working days, yes it's been over a month since the order and none of us have received our orders, and there's been no communication from Hyperli about the delays.

We've reached out to customer service multiple times and received the same assurance of delivery within 3-5 working days, but nothing has arrived. This lack of communication and failure to deliver makes us feel that the Mystery Box promotion might be a ****.

I used to be happy with Hyperli's service, but this experience has been incredibly disappointing. I hope Hyperli can address this issue promptly and provide either a delivery update or a refund.
